Changed Your Mind?
You have the right to make a return anytime up until and including 14 days after delivery.
For a full refund, please contact us at info@houseofknit.co.uk within 14 days. Due to the nature of our merchandise, we cannot accept returns of yarn that has been exposed to strong odours, including but not limited to cooking and cigarette smoke. Please ensure that returned items are in their original condition and packaging.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
We cannot be liable for returned goods lost or damaged in transit, so please ensure you use a recorded delivery service and insure the items for their value. The original postage charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed as quickly as possible, but please allow 5-10 working days. Your refund will be made using the original payment method—either PayPal or credit/debit card. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 days to clear.

We might be able facilitate an exchange; please get in touch first so we can allocate the yarn you wish to exchange for.
Please note that we do not cover the return postage or the new shipping cost for the yarn you wish to exchange.
