We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unused with label, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that we will deduct £3.99 from your refund for the return. Please contact us before you start the return if we have send out incorrect or faulty products to void the charge.

Leave your invoice inside the parcel so we can locate your order for refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

UK Delivery

Our standard services are Evri and Royal Mail tracked 24 and 48. We'll send the tracking number soon as the order has been dispatched from us.

Where possible we will despatch orders the same day.

Prices:

Evri £2.99 (For orders under £20)
Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £4.15
Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £3.45 
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-5 kg) - £6.65 

Parcels should usually arrive within:
1 to 2 working days for Tracked 24 
2 to 4 working days for Tracked 48 
2-4 working days for Evri

Please note these times are recommended by Evri and Royal Mail, but sometimes delivery can take a little longer than usual, especially over Christmas and busy periods.

Products are stocked up on a regular basis.
